Holding an Erasmus Charter 2014-2020 ( 257084-LA-1-2014-1-FR-E4AKA1-ECHE) Toulouse119 and signed partnership agreements with educational institutions and training sites . The Regional Social Work Training Centre (CRFMS) accompanied incoming and outgoing student mobility through an individualized educational device .
Mobility studies allows students to go in training centers or places of social intervention in the foreign with which Erasmus has signed exchange agreements .
Applications for mobility are validated by a special committee that also handles all the communication tools needed to monitor students abroad who, in turn, will need to demonstrate initiative , autonomy and adaptability in dealing with accommodation and the level of foreign language at the start.
Knowledge of the language of the host country is not required but strongly recommended. The training center is committed to seek his professional network to guide students toward Toulouse or on any free language lessons online courses available .
The issue of remote monitoring of student mobility is treated with the use and development of various Information Technology and Communication for Education. Among the ICT frequently used :
- The phone and Skype are the preferred tools for synchronous communication
- E-mails , blogs and social media for asynchronous communication
Teaching methods of the Regional Social Work Training Centre (CRFMS) joined the objectives set by the European Union in the field of higher education :
• promote international mobility of students and teachers : The MFRC organizes courses in different partner countries : Germany, Spain, Ireland, Morocco , Senegal , Canada ...
• compare experiences between students and professionals through the Franco - German module for special educators .
